One Heart Sangha is offering a Mini Ango. The Mini Ango provides a supportive structure to commit to an additional level of practice for four weeks. The ango includes optional online meetings Tuesdays to share experiences and renew commitment. Registration is open through February 10.
Join us for a “day of Zen” We have tea and light snacks, zazen, teisho (talks by Zen teachers), dokusan, chanting, and instruction. Arrive in time to be settled into the zendo by 8:55 AM for first bell at 9 AM. We have updated to a full price of $50 and a discounted price of $25 to reflect our costs better.

Join us for the 2026 online Council annual meeting. We will hold board and officer elections and discuss finances. An email link will be sent to our mailing lists ahead of the meeting.
One Heart Sangha will be offering a weekend Sesshin at the Wellspring Retreat Center in Germantown, MD. Zazenkai participants will join the sesshin on Saturday. Registration is currently open and will close December 26.
